3rd Year Remembrance: Late Oba Adetunji Akinrinade's free medical outreach start tomorrow



The family of Late Oba Anthony Adetunji Akinrinade is set to hold a 3- day free medical outreach to commemorate 1,064 days s after the demise of the revered monarch.

In brief statement made a available to Journalists by one of the  children of the late monarch, Prince Akintoye Akinrinade, the 3-day free medical checkups

He said " In  loving memory of our late father and mentor, Kabiesi Anthony Adetunji Akinrinade, we are pleased to announce a 3-day free medical outreach taking place in Agbado and its environs.

This outreach is scheduled to hold in commemoration of his 3rd-year remembrance, and it reflects the values of compassion, selflessness, and service to humanity that Kabiesi stood for throughout his lifetime"

He also stated that the medical outreach will feature: Free consultations by qualified medical professionals. Distribution of essential medications.Health education and wellness talks. Blood pressure, blood sugar, and general health screenings.

"We have also added to bring Opticians for the program to do eye test and give minor surgeries to anyone affected".He said.
 
He now used the medium to invites residents of Agbado and neighbouring communities to take advantage of this opportunity to access quality healthcare services at no cost.

Prince Akintoye further said "This  nitiative is one of many steps we are taking to preserve the legacy of our beloved father, who dedicated his life to the well-being of others. Just as we installed solar streetlights in Agbado during his 2nd-year remembrance last year, we are committed to ensuring his good works continue to benefit the people.

"We urge the people of Ogun State to embrace and uphold the philanthropic spirit that Kabiesi Anthony Adetunji Akinrinade championed. Let us keep his legacy alive through continued service to one another".

He said together, we will honour the past by serving the present and building a better future.
