His Paper reads; " Ladies and gentlemen. Esteemed guests, and fellow young leaders

Discussing about a journey many of us have embarked on a journey from activism to leadership. It's a journey that requires courage, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow.As young people, we're often driven by a desire to make a difference. We see injustices. inequalities, and problems that need solving, and we want to take action We become activists advocating for change and pushing for reform. But as we journey deeper into the world of activism, we begin to realize that change is not just about protesting or advocating - it's about leading It's about taking responsibility making tough decisions, and inspiring others to follow.
"This is where leadership comes in. Leadership is not just about holding a position of power it's about empowering others, building movements, and creating lasting change.

"As young leaders, we face different (unique) challenges which we are expected to find solution to But we're often underestimated, overlooked, or dismissed as being too young or too inexperienced. But we must not let these obstacles hold us back.
" Instead, we must draw on our strengths our energy, our creativity, and our passion. We must be bold, fearless, and unapologetic in our pursuit of justice and equality.
"We must also recognize that leadership is not a solo act. It's about building a team collaborating with others, and amplifying the voices of those who are marginalized or oppressed.

"As we evolve from activists to leaders, we must be willing to learn and grow We must seek out mentorship, training and opportunities for development. We must be open to feedback criticism, and constructive debate.

"And finally, we must remember that leadership is not a destination but it's a journey It's a journey of self-discovery, growth, and positive transformation to the world.
" In conclusion ,the evolution of youth engagement is not just about moving from activism to leadership, it is about recognizing that we have the power to create change. It is about embracing our roles as leaders, building movements, and inspiring others to join us.

"Let us continue to push boundaries, challenge the status quo and fight for a more just and equitable world.Let us lead with courage compassion, and conviction".
